Keyword Research
To get the most out of SiteBuilder Elite, you need to provide it with as many keywords and keyword phrases as possible. The more keywords you provide, the more pages it will create. The more keywords you have (and pages as a result), the more likely that those pages will be listed in the search engine results. And that is one of the sources from which your sites will get their traffic. There’s no need to pay to advertise your site (e.g. With Adwords or other Pay-Per-Click advertisers). You build a site, submit it to the search engines, build some backlinks move on to building the next site. That’s the philosophy.
It’s important to note that SiteBuilder Elite will not do Keyword Research for you and you need to do that research using 3rd-party tools.
Here are some recommended free Keyword Research tools:
Google Keywords Tool
WordTracker Free keywords
To use these tools, just enter your seed keyword (the primary keyword you’ve chosen for your site) into the relevant box in whichever tool you want to use. Then copy the keywords found into your own keyword list. Use a varirty of tools to get the greatest number of keywords.
As well as these free resources, there are many keyword research tools available but the ones I consistently use are Market Samurai and NicheReaper.
Market Samurai (this link saves 35% on the regular price) is a standalone software application (with a one-time fee to buy it) that researches keywords and long-tail phrases. It’s also able to give you information about sites that are competing with you for the keywords you want to use so you can determine what keywords are worth going after and which ones to avoid.
NicheReaper is a subscription service that has over 3 million pre-researched keywords and 210, 000+ pre-researched niches where you can easily identify the keywords to go after. Since everything is pre-researched, results are instantaneous; Market Samurai takes longer to use as it does the research then and there. NicheReaper adds about 20, 000 new niches and 500, 000 new keywords each month.
Micro Niche Finder is another tool I use from time to time to find good niches by seeing how much is paid for Adsense ads for particular keywords and for finding good domain names to use for sites.
Keyword Elite is a keyword research tool I used to use but I now prefer Market Samurai. It provides SEO insights, quickly allows you to determine if your keywords will target buyers or window shoppers, find high CPA offers, uncover niches and sub niches pretty much on demand. What sets this software apart from the others is that it collects keywords from sources other than Google as well as Google itself.
Other Keyword Research software is available as are keyword services such as WordTracker and Keyword Discovery and Keyword Country. Such services require a monthly subscription (prices vary). There’s a list of keyword resources in the Resources section of this manual.
Please be aware that to make the most of SiteBuilder Elite, you will have to invest in some kind of keyword research tool at some point. While the free Google Keywords Tool is a good place to start, especially if you're on a tight budget, investing in a dedicated keyword tool or service will pay for itself many times over.
And, if you happen to own or use more than one keyword research tool, try combining the results into one large keyword list. It’s likely that each tool will find keywords that the others won’t.
